How can I order one of your screens?

We now have some of the more popular products available directly from our website! Just visit our Shop to find out if we have what you're looking for. We will keep adding more products with time. If you can't find what you're looking for, visit our Custom Order page and fill out the form. Please take note that custom orders always take longer to make.

What are the steps after placing my custom order?

We will contact you as soon as we are ready to begin the process of manufacturing your screen door. In the meantime, please take the photos we need and send them to us by email.

My RV is a standard model, can you send me a standard screen door?

Even if your RV is a standard model, all of our screen doors are tailor-made to blend in perfectly with your interior. Since the options chosen for your interior are different from company to company, we need to take these differences into consideration. For example: A Mercedes Sprinter from Winnebago will not have the same interior as a Mercedes Sprinter from Pleasure Way: the two screen doors for these same two RVs are therefore different in order to ensure a door with a perfect fit.

What is the order processing time?

Please note that at this time, we are unable to provide a specific timeframe for the production of your custom order due to high demand.

Can I install my screen door myself?

Yes of course, you can easily install the door yourself! It is important that you first watch the videos for this on our website. Even if the vehicle is not the same as yours, it can give you an idea of what to do. There are also basic installation instructions.

I have watched the installation videos and instructions, and I don’t feel comfortable doing the installation myself. What can I do?

You can come to our factory located in Laval, Quebec for free installation. Please note that you must make an appointment with us beforehand. If this is not possible for you, we will occasionally go to the United States and Canada, do free installations. By going to our Facebook page, we will keep you informed of our various trips.

Do your screen doors protect against twigs?

Yes, the screen used in the manufacturing of our doors is woven very tightly to prevent very small insects from passing through the screen.

What are the qualities of the products used in the manufacturing of your screen doors?

All of the fabrics and materials used for our products are insulating, fire retardant, mold resistant, waterproof, and resistant to UV rays (even the zipper!). The screen is very durable and protects against even the smallest insects like twigs and no-see-ums.

The screen door is attached to the RV with hook-and-loop velcro, is this effective even in very hot or very cold outside temperatures?

The screen door is attached to the RV with strong hook-and-loop velcro. During installation, the temperature should be over 15 C or 59 F, so that the backing glue is at its maximum adhesion. The glue allows us to get the correct position of the door, and then the addition of a few screws prevents it from moving afterwards. When properly installed, the door is securely attached, even in very cold or hot weather.

I have a problem with my door, what should I do?

You can contact us on our contact form. We will then need the location (dealer, events, online) and date of purchase of your door, a description of the problem and photos. A photo of the entire door, taken from the outside directly in front of the door, and some close-up photos of the problem area. We will then help you by phone, email, or during an appointment directly at our facility, or on the go. If this is not possible, you will need to return the door directly to our factory for repair or replacement based on our review of the problem. This service will not be offered if the breakage or problem is the result of abuse or willful use.
