USER PHOTO SUBMISSION POLICY

1. You Own Your Photos

You retain full ownership and copyright of every image you upload.

2. Your License to ROLEF

By submitting photos, you grant ROLEF Solution a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual license to:

Publish and reproduce your images on our website, social media channels, email newsletters, and other digital marketing assets.
Edit your photos as needed to protect privacy (e.g., blur faces, license plates, addresses, or other identifying details).
Share your images with our authorized marketing partners solely to promote ROLEF products.

No Compensation. You will not receive any payment, fee, or royalty for the use of your images under this license.

Digital‑Only Use. This license is restricted to online and digital marketing. Any use beyond that—print advertising, stock image libraries, merchandise, etc.—requires separate written permission.

3. Privacy & Anonymity

We will never display your name or personal details alongside your photos.
Any visible identifying information (faces, license plates, street signs, etc.) will be obscured or edited before we publish.

4. Ask Us to Remove Your Photos

You can revoke this license and request removal of your images at any time by emailing marketing@rolef.ca. Please allow up to 7 business days for full removal.

5. Your Confirmations & Our Disclaimer

By uploading:

You affirm that you are the legal owner of all submitted images.
You confirm that anyone depicted has consented to their image being shared.
You agree that ROLEF Solution is not liable for any disputes over image ownership or rights.
