SUSPENSION OF U.S. IMPORT SURCHAGE

GOOD NEWS FOR OUR AMERICAN CUSTOMERS

From March 4 to April 3, 2025, all shipments from Canada to the United States were subject to a 25% import surcharge due to customs regulations imposed by U.S. authorities on Canadian-made goods.

As of April 3, 2025, this surcharge has been temporarily suspended.

ROLEF products can now be shipped to the U.S. without this additional fee, unless customs regulations change again in the future.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR YOU?

The 25% surcharge is no longer applied to your U.S. order — for now.
This change is automatically applied to all new U.S. orders placed after April 3, 2025.

WHAT ABOUT OTHER CUSTOMERS?

Canadian customers: No changes — orders continue as usual.
International customers (outside the U.S.): Please contact us for a personalized shipping quote.

IS THIS FEE REFUNDABLE?

No. Since the surcharge was applied by U.S. Customs and not collected by ROLEF directly, it is non-refundable, even in the event of a return.
