Items purchased from ROLEF can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are new, undamaged, and in original condition.

Custom-made products (such as magnetic screen doors or window covers made to your measurements) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the error is on our end.

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us by email within 30 days and include clear photos. We’ll evaluate your request and let you know the next steps.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue is due to a manufacturing error.

ROLEF specializes in custom-fit window covers, screen doors, storage solutions, and other RV accessories designed for a wide range of vehicles — including custom camper conversions.

We make products for:

• factory-built RVs,

• vans converted by professional outfitters (well-known or independent),

• and fully DIY builds created by the owners themselves.
  
  

We can tailor most of our products to fit your specific van or motorhome, as long as we receive the right information.

We’ll need the following:

• Year, make, and model of your vehicle

• Type of build (factory, converted by an outfitter, or DIY)

• Wheelbase, roof height, etc.

• Photos and measurements (instructions are included in the form)

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2 to 3 weeks.

For custom orders, production time may vary depending on demand, which is often higher during peak RV season. Once your order is ready, the delivery time will depend on your location and the chosen shipping method.

We will send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop, or contact you when it’s ready for local pickup. 

Most ROLEF products are designed for easy self-installation.

We provide instructions, photos, and a few installation videos to help guide you. When your order is shipped, we email your tracking number along with a link to a photo folder showing how to install the products.

We are a manufacturer, not a walk-in retail store.

Our website ROLEF.CA is our storefront and showcases our full range of products. Over the years, we’ve created more than 2,000 different products in various colors and configurations. While we keep a selection of best-sellers in stock, most of our products are made to order, based on customer requests.

We do not have a physical store or showroom open to the public. All visits to our Laval, Quebec workshop are by appointment only, whether for an installation, purchase, or consultation.

Most ROLEF products are available in three fabric colors:

• Black and Charcoal – High privacy with total blackout fabric – Ideal for sleeping
• Gray – High privacy with soft natural light filtering

If you would like to receive physical fabric samples, a $5 fee applies for shipping and handling. To request a sample, please write to us at info@rolef.ca.

As for the bug screen, many customers ask which color provides better visibility from inside the vehicle.

Since it's darker inside the RV, the light gray screen actually offers better visibility to the outside during the day.

Darker screens like black or anthracite are more noticeable from the inside and block more light.

Although ROLEF is best known for custom products made for Class B vans, we also design solutions for Class C, Class A, trailers, truck campers — and even boats or personal vehicles. Whether it’s window covers, bug screen doors, privacy dividers, or smart storage solutions, we can tailor our products to your specific layout, no matter what type of vehicle you have or project.

• Start by wiping the surface with a dry cloth, preferably microfiber, to remove dust and surface dirt.Then, use a soft damp cloth or clean sponge with warm water and mild (non-abrasive) soap.
• Gently clean the surface.Rinse using a clean damp cloth with plain water to remove any soap residue.
• Let it air dry.
• Avoid using a dryer or any direct heat source.
• Do not use bleach, solvents, or abrasive products — they could damage the fabric or mesh.
